Lovitro respects the intellectual property rights of others. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement or request removal of content that violates your rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.
💡 Note: Lovitro displays profiles submitted by third parties. We act as a platform, not a content creator. We respond promptly to valid takedown requests.
You can request removal of content if:
To report copyright infringement under the DMCA, your notice must include the following information:
"I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."

Response Time: We review all DMCA notices within 24-48 hours.
⚠️ Warning: Filing a false DMCA claim is perjury and may result in legal liability. Only submit a claim if you genuinely own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
If your removal request is NOT about copyright (e.g., privacy violation, impersonation, defamation), please email:

We prioritize these requests and respond within 12 hours.

Include: URL of fake profile, proof of your identity (e.g., government ID), explanation

Include: URL, description of violation, your contact info, any supporting evidence
If your profile was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe the removal was incorrect or mistaken, you can file a Counter-Notice:
"I swear that I have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification."

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court order within 10-14 business days, we may restore your content.
DMCA Copyright Claims
Reviewed within 24-48 hours. Valid claims result in immediate content removal.
Non-Consensual Intimate Images
Priority: Reviewed within 12 hours.
Impersonation / Identity Theft
Reviewed within 24-48 hours.
Other Legal Requests
Reviewed within 3-5 business days.
Lovitro has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat copyright infringers. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA complaints, their account or profile may be permanently banned from our Platform.
Lovitro is a platform that hosts user-submitted content. We do NOT:
